大型复杂结构振动特性分析方法研究

     

摘要

针对大型复杂结构振动特性的预测问题,发展了子结构方法,并应用于圆柱壳模型的振动特性研究.讨论了子结构方法的理论基础,分析了子结构间边界处理协调条件、模态截取数和模型缩聚对子结构方法预测精度的影响,并初步比较了其与传统有限元法耗费的计算时间量和内存量的大小,最后,进一步探讨了子结构方法中试验模态与计算模态混合计算的可行性.研究结果表明,子结构方法应用于求解船舶等大型复杂结构的振动特性是可行的.%The substructure synthesis method was developed for predicting vibration characteristics of large and complex structures. Drivation and implementation aspects of the method were discussed, and then it was applied to predict the structure vibration characteristics of a cylindrical shell model.Influnce of the interface conditions, number of substructure modes for coupling and model reduction on the accuracy of the substructure synthesis method were investigated. The computational time and memory requiements of the substructure synthesis method were also compared to the conventional finite element method. Finally, the validity for the test-analysis models with experimental and computational component modes was discussed. The results show that the developed substructure synthesis method may be an effective method for predicting vibration characteristics of large and complex structures.
