体验式教学在大学生职业发展教育中的满意度研究

摘要

体验式教学作为大学生职业发展教育中的一种重要教学方式，以素质拓展训练和无领导小组讨论为主要形式。在对皖南医学院2010级部分专业的学生进行问卷调查的基础上，采用主成分分析和回归分析的方法提取指标，并对各级指标的满意度进行分析。结果发现大学生职业发展教育中学生对体验式教学的满意度更高，其中对拓展训练课程的满意度高于无领导小组讨论课程的满意度。学生的性别和生源地差异对体验式教学满意度存在显著影响，表现在男生体验式教学满意度高于女生，城镇学生体验式教学满意度高于农村学生。在此基础上提出相应建议，以期提高体验式教学的满意度。%As an important teaching method in the college students’ career development education,ex-periential teaching takes quality development and leaderless group discussion as main forms. Based on questionnaires to students of Grade 2010 at Wannan Medical College,this paper deals with the satisfaction of all levels of indicators by using principal component analysis and regression analysis to extract the indi-cators,and. As results indicate,experiential teaching is more popular with students in career development e-ducation,and satisfaction of quality development is prior to leaderless group discussion. Besides,students' difference in gender and origin has a significant impact on satisfaction of experiential teaching. The paper makes suggestions so as to improve satisfaction of experiential teaching.
