基于移动荷载分析的沥青路面结构优化设计

     

摘要

为了优化沥青路面结构设计,借助大型有限元软件ABAQUS将汽车荷载简化为移动的均布荷载进行路面结构动力分析.利用正交分析方法,选择路面结构各层的厚度、弹性模量值以及泊松比等共17个因素,各因素水平为3个,由统计软件SPSS生成L64(317)的正交表,进行了64次数值模拟试验,然后根据理论知识和实际经验,选取具有代表性的12个考核指标进行综合比较和分析.最后得到了重型货车动荷载作用下动力响应最小的沥青路面结构组合.%In order to optimize the asphalt pavement structure design, this paper simplifies the heavy vehicle load as the moving uniformly distributed loads and makes use of large-scale finite element software ABAQUS to carry out the dynamic analysis. By using orthogonal analysis method, we choose each layer thickness, elastic modulus value and poisson' s ratio of the pavement structure and 17 factors in total, with each factor set at three levels. The orthogonal arrays are generated LM(3") by statistical software SPSS, and 64 times orthogonal test. Then according to the theoretical knowledge and practical experience, 12 assessment indicators are selected by comprehensive comparison and analysis, with the ultimate goal to find the best combination of each layer parame ters. The obtained asphalt pavement structure design gives the minimal road dynamic response values under heavy vehicle loads.
