深圳25种植物提取物抑菌效果的研究

摘要

Inhibition of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, in the air is studied by extracting 25 plants volatiles essential oil. The results show different inhibitory effects with different plants. Plants with better inhibition effect for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus include Pittosporum tobira, Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston, Murraya exotica L., Melaleuca leucadendra Linn, Ghccsmis peniaphylla (Retz) Correa, and Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. For escherichia coli, the three plants with highest inhibition effect are Liquidambar formosana Hance, Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl, and Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston. Inhibition effect among 25 essential oils of plant was ranked in the order as follows: Melaleuca leucadendra Linn , Thymus mongolicus , Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston and so on. Besides, antibacterial effect of volatiles essential oil of 25 fragrant plants in Shenzhen has been achieved, which can help to decide on fragrant plants in gardens.%萃取提取25种园林植物提取物，用平板纸片法测定这些提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果．结果表明：不同植物的提取物对这2种细菌的抑制效果不同．其中，对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好的有：海桐、蒲桃、百里香、白千层、山小橘、香樟．对大肠杆菌抑制效果最好的前3种植物是枫香、香樟和蒲桃，对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好的前3种植物是白千层、百里香和蒲桃．结果为保健生态园林植物选择提供依据．
