Solid static electricity and human body static electricity are generated during the power production process. Their damage on different components of power value is presented. This paper summarizes experiences on electrostatic management of product material, temperature and humidity of the workshop, the staff training and the electrostatic grounding and prevention. Finally the static management lies in two aspects: On the one hand, the product materials should be carefully chosen to prevent static electricity; on the other hand, efforts should be taken to speed up the electrostatic conduction and neutralization.
