电源产品生产过程中的静电控制

摘要

介绍了静电产生的原因、危害及分类，电源生产过程中的静电主要为固体带静电和人体带静电，详细列举了电源上不同元器件损坏的静电值。总结了生产过程中静电的管理经验，具体包括材料的材质、车间温湿度、人员培训以及静电接地和防护的管理。得出静电管理的重点在于2方面，一方面为生产中工艺过程、材料选择限制以防止静电的产生；另一方面为创造条件加速静电的导走或者中和。通过提前预防避免发生因静电导致的浪费及品质事故，确保最终产品的性能和质量。%This paper introduces the cause and harm of the static electricity and its classifications. Solid static electricity and human body static electricity are generated during the power production process. Their damage on different components of power value is presented. This paper summarizes experiences on electrostatic management of product material, temperature and humidity of the workshop, the staff training and the electrostatic grounding and prevention. Finally the static management lies in two aspects: On the one hand, the product materials should be carefully chosen to prevent static electricity; on the other hand, efforts should be taken to speed up the electrostatic conduction and neutralization.
