After an analysis of problems concerning dietary structure, indoor air temperature and psychological adjustment in China characterized by excessive animal protein intake, improper measures taken for extreme weathers in summers and winters and mental disorders, it is pointed out that these problems give rise to serious health problems and risks. For this reason, ecological health strategies are proposed including developing plant-based dietary structure, controlling indoor air temperature especially the heating and ventilation in North, taking regular physical exercises and mastering the skills required for mental balance and adjustment of mental health. Besides, unhealthy lifestyles should be discarded to get prepared for longevity and health.%分析了我国居民膳食结构和居室气温及心理方面存在的问题,主要表现为摄取过多的动物蛋白质,应对夏季高温、冬季寒冷措施不当和心理失调,这些问题构成了重大健康问题和危险因素。提出构建人的生态健康策略:建立以植物性食物为主的膳食结构、合理饮食;把握好夏冬季节室温调控,特别是北方冬季居室取暖与通风的科学管控;安排适当运动;掌握心理平衡的基本要求与调适方法。改变个人不健康的生活方式,实现人类的健康长寿。
