高职院校布局结构调整优化的实证研究*--基于广东79所高职院校的调查

摘要

The distribution structure is an important indicator of the higher vocational education’s resources allocation. We conducted a questionnaire on 79 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, in order to diagnose the present situation and problems of the distribution structure of higher vocational education in Guangdong. Some suggestions are hence put forward. The study found that higher vocational schools in Guangdong province are various in type, abundant in students, stable in structure. And they pay much attention to the market and school development. But some problems remain, such as similar majors and uneven distribution of regional education resources. Various measures should be taken to adjust and optimize the distribution structure.%布局结构是衡量高职教育资源配置情况的重要指标。为全面诊断广东高职院校布局结构的现状、问题，并提出调整优化布局结构的对策与建议，对广东79所高职院校进行了问卷调查。研究发现，广东高职院校类型多样，生源较为充足、结构稳定，注重依据市场和学校发展调整专业布局，但专业雷同现象严重、区域教育资源分布不均、院校发展缺乏特色，应遵循适应性与前瞻性、公平与效率相结合的原则，采取多种手段合理调整优化布局结构。
