在论述功率元器件工作温度与工作性能的关系和其热仿真分析重要性的同时,介绍了Flotherm软件的基本理论、功能特点及应用范围,设计了某密闭机箱功率器件的散热结构,详述了仿真模型的边界条件设定、网格设置、结果处理等操作.结果表明,在强迫风冷的散热方式下,能保证功率元器件的最高温度处于规定的温度范围内,满足了其对可靠工作的温度要求.%This paperdiscusses the relationship between the operating temperature and working performance of power components and the importance of thermal simulation analysis. Meanwhile, it introduces the Flotherm software in terms of its basic theory, functional characteristics and application range, and then designs a heat dissipation structure of a power device in a closed chassis. It also expounds the boundary condition setting, grid setting and result processing, etc.of the simulation model. The results show that under the forced air cooling method, the maximum temperature of the power components can be guaranteed within the specified temperature range, which satisfies the temperature requirements for reliable operation.
