基于PDM的项目组织结构的实现

摘要

产品数据管理(PDM)维护企业的产品数据的完整性、安全性、动态的控制产品生产设计过程。对于部门级PDM系统，项目管理具有重要作用，项目管理开始一个产品的生命周期，从而开始产品的设计过程，使得产品设计的工作流、任务流流动起来．论述了部门级PDM的项目管理的基本功能及在此基础上的实现．%PDM maintains the integrity and security of product data across the enterprise and dynamically controls the product designing and manufacturing process. Project management plays an important role in departmental level PDM, which initiates the life cycle of a product, that is, starting the designing process, making workflow and taskflow run. The basic functions of product mana gement and implementation in a departmental PDM is discussed in this paper.
