高压SF6断路器三维动态电弧仿真

         

摘要

为了研究高压SF6断路器在短路开断过程中电弧的变化情况,建立了三维能量源动态电弧模型和三维气流场模型.考虑到电流变化对整个气流场中压力、温度以及电弧形态的影响,将电弧模型、旋气式断路器气流场模型以及触头的机械运动通过计算机耦合并行求解,对电弧与气流场的共同作用进行分析.仿真结果表明,该电弧模型可以反映出电弧从燃烧到熄灭过程的形态变化和能量逸散过程,得出了电弧和熄弧期间喷口压力的变化规律.%In order to research the change situation of arc during the short circuit current interruption for high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker, a three-dimensional (3D) energy source dynamic arc model and a 3D air flow field model were established. With considering the influence of the current change on the pressure, temperature and arc morphology in the whole air flow field, the arc model, air flow field model for the rotary-gas circuit breaker and mechanical motion of contactor were collaterally solved through computer coupling, and the cooperative effect of arc and air flow field was analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed arc model can reflect the morphology change and energy dissipation processes of arc from combustion to extinction. And the change law of both arc and nozzle pressure during arc extinction was obtained.
