超声波法检测混凝土裂缝注胶质量

     

摘要

为了研究混凝土构件的裂缝注胶质量,进行了超声波法检测试验。根据裂缝所处位置的具体情况,分别采用了单面平测法和双面斜测法进行检测试验,通过将实际声时与理论声时进行比较,并辅以波形和波速对注胶质量进行判断,得出了单面平测法和双面斜测法测得的实际声时与理论声时的差别。结果表明,超声波在裂缝及裂缝表面抹胶情况下传播路线基本一致,在相同测距情况下,当灌缝混凝土实测声时与完好混凝土理论声时差在5%以内时,认为混凝土灌胶已密实。%In order to research the glue-injection quality of cracks in concrete components,the ultrasonic detection test was carried out.According to the specific situation of crack locations,the detection test was performed with the single plane detection and double plane detection.Through comparing the actual sound time with the theoretical sound time and judging the glue-injection quality with waveform and sound velocity,the difference between the actual and theoretical sound time measured with both single plane detection and double plane detection was obtained.The results show that the propagation path of ultrasonic in the cracks with and without surface adhesive is basically consistent. Under the condition of same distance,the glue-injection ofconcrete is considered to be dense if the difference between the actual sound time of crack grouting concrete and the theoretical sound time of intact concrete is within 5%.
