文化创意产业发展的战略、策略和路径

     

摘要

Pertaining to the New Economic Normal, the culturally creative industry is stressed in the critical role of structure adjustment and pattern transformation in the development of economy as well as cultural industry.Eight types of “culture+” industry orientations are highlighted in the development of culturally creative industry, i.e., culture +production and livelihood manufacture, culture +high-tech such as internet, culture+urbanization, culture +urbanization ( local urbanization ) , culture +tourism, culture +distinctive agriculture, culture +sports industry, culture +finance, and culture +Chinese medicine.The guidelines and policies of the Party and the State are the responses of the trends, grasp of the regularities, and the leadership of the practices of the development of the culturally creative industry, which have“maternal effects” to the development of culturally creative industry.Efforts are committed to combing through and disseminating the macroscopic strategies and policies of developing culturally creative industry of China.The relevant policy dividends will be better released and the quick development of culturally creative industry will be materialized under the support of the four components of top-notch talents, top-level design, scientific and technological innovation, and finance and investment.%针对经济新常态,强调文化创意产业在文化产业乃至经济发展中对调结构、转方式的重要作用,重点提出文化创意产业发展的文化+生产性和生活性制造业(服务业)、文化+互联网等高新技术、文化+城市化(城镇化)、文化+旅游、文化+特色农业、文化+体育产业、文化+金融、文化+中医药八种“文化+”产业方向。党和国家的方针政策是对文化创意产业发展趋势的反映、规律的把握、实践的引领,对文化创意产业发展具有“母体效应”。致力于对国家发展文化创意产业宏观战略和政策进行梳理和传播,在拔尖人才、顶层设计、科技创新、投融资四个要素的支撑下,必将更好地释放相关政策的红利,实现文化创意产业的快速发展。
