The behavior of oxide scale of strips from two kinds of hot-rolled process is studied by straightening and pickling.The results show that, when the coiling temperature is 625 ℃, the content of Fe3O4 in the oxide layer of A coil is higher.The micro-cracks appear after pulling and straightening, and the acid solution reacts directly with the inner oxide scale through the macroscopic crack, accelerating the dissolution process of the scale.When the coiling temperature is 562 ℃, the content of ferrous oxide in the oxide layer of B coil is higher.In the process of pulling and straightening, less micro-crack are produced, so the acid first reacts with the outermost layer of iron oxide skin priority, and then gradually inward expands.The structure and thickness of oxide scale are both important factors which influence the pickling behavior of strip.%通过模拟矫直和酸洗的方式研究了两种热轧工艺条件下带钢的酸洗行为.实验结果表明,当卷取温度为625 ℃时,A卷钢氧化铁皮层中四氧化三铁的含量较多,经拉矫后出现较多的微观裂纹,酸液通过宏观裂纹直接与内层氧化铁皮发生反应,加速了氧化铁皮的溶解过程.当卷取温度为562 ℃时,B卷钢氧化铁皮层中氧化亚铁含量较多,在拉矫过程中产生的微观裂纹较少,因此酸液先与最外层氧化铁皮优先发生反应,然后逐渐向内扩展.氧化铁皮的微观组织和厚度都是影响带钢酸洗行为的重要因素.
