温度对针状α-FeOOH脱水过程的影响

         

摘要

以NaOH、FeSO4.7H2O为原料,采用液相沉积-空气氧化的方法制备出具有针状形貌的α-FeOOH.采用XRD、SEM方法研究了温度对针状α-FeOOH脱水过程的影响.结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,α-FeOOH衍射特征峰逐渐消失,α-FeOOH在低于1000℃时能够保持一定的形貌和长径比,随着煅烧温度的升高,产物长径比变小,到1100℃对,针状形貌形全消失.%The needle-like morphology α-FeOOH was prepared by Liquid phase deposition-air oxidation methodising NaOH and FeSO4.7H2O as raw materials. Methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the influence of temperature on thermal dehydration for needle-like a-FeOOH crystallize. The results show,with the increasing temperature of calcination,diffraction characteristic peak of α-FeOOH disappears gradually. α-FeOOH can keep a certain shape and length diameter ratio when the temperature is under 1000℃. With the increasing temperature of calcination, the ratio of length to diameter of the products is smaller, and the needle-like morphology completely disappears when the temperature reaches 1100℃.
