乘用车本质安全度评价模式研究

摘要

For analyzing and assessing passenger vehicles' safety systematically and comprehensively , inherent safety degree of passenger vehicles was defined based on the concept of inherent safety. From the viewpoint of system safety and risk assessment,probability and severity of vehicle crash are the two indices to evaluate passenger vehicles' inherent safety degree. The methods of calculating probability, quantifying severity and integrating them were proposed. The inherent safety degree was quantified by calculating inherent risk degree. The feasibility of this assessment mode was verified by an example.%为系统分析和评价乘用车的安全性,基于本质安全的理念定义了乘用车的本质安全度,从风险评价的角度出发,用系统安全的思想给定评价乘用车本质安全度的两个指标-事故发生概率和后果严重度,给出计算事故发生概率、量化后果严重度及拟合两者的方法,通过求取本质危险度量化本质安全度,并用实例验证了这一评价模式的可行性.
