钴离子掺杂对纳米ZnO结构和性能的影响

             

摘要

以乙二醇为溶剂,采用回流法合成CoxZn1-xO(x=0,0.03,0.06和0.09)纳米粉体.研究Co2+离子的含量对纳米ZnO粉体的晶粒尺寸和晶格常数的影响,考察CoxZn1-xO纳米粉体的光催化性能.结果表明,随着Co2+离子的掺杂量增加,纳米ZnO的晶粒尺寸变小,而晶格常数增大;当催化时间为50min,Co2+离子的掺杂量为0.09时,Co0.09 Zn0.91 O纳米粉体对甲基橙染料的最大降解率达到92%.%The CoxZn1-xO (x=0,0. 03,0. 06 and 0. 09)nanopowders were synthesized by refluxing method using ethylene glycol as a solvent. The effect of the Co2+ ions doped on the crystalline size and lattice parameters for the ZnO nanopowders were studied. The photo-catalytic properties and antibaerial activities of the CoxZn1-xO nanopowders were also inves-tigated. With the increase of the Co2+ ions concentration,the crystallite size of the synthe-sized samples decreased and the lattice parameters of the synthesized samples increased,re-spectively. When the Co2+ ions doped concentration is about 0. 09,a maximum degradation rate for the Co0. 09 Zn0. 91 O nanopowders is about 92% at 50 minute.
