粘贴CFRP砖砌体墙在低周反复荷载作用下的试验

         

摘要

目的 研究粘贴不同形式CFRP的砖砌体墙受剪破坏形态、抗剪承载力及延性,探讨CFRP压条锚固的可靠性.方法 通过对一片未粘贴CFRP试件(W1)和三片粘贴CFRP试件进行低周反复荷载作用下的对比试验,三片粘贴CFRP试件分别为:仅水平粘贴CFRP无端部竖向压条锚固墙体(W2);水平粘贴CFRP且有端部竖向压条锚固试件(W3);“X”形粘贴CFRP且有上下水平通长压条锚固试件(W4).结果 除试件W2开裂荷载下降10%外,粘贴CFRP试件开裂荷载提高71% ~106%,极限荷载提高23% ~77%,开裂位移提高0.86 ~5.48倍,极限位移提高1.23 ~3.34倍,开裂位移提高幅度大于极限位移提高幅度,延性系数下降,但粘贴CFRP试件仍具有很好的变形能力.结论 粘贴CFRP的砖砌体墙破坏形态分别为:水平剪切破坏、劈裂破坏及受压突鼓破坏.在砖砌体墙表面粘贴CFRP能够提高墙体抗剪承载力与变形能力.CFRP压条锚固能够有效抑制被锚固CFRP的剥离,提高其工作性能.%In order to investigate the ductility and the lateral-load-carrying capacity of brick masonry walls strengthened with CFRP( Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) under Low Cyclic loading and find the characteristic of brick masonry walls strengthened by CFRP in the different layouts,we do the tests of three brick masonry walls strengthened with CFRP and one brick masonry without strengthened under lowcyclic loads, show the ductility and the lateral-load-carrying capacity of the brick masonry walls strengthened with CFRP. The results show that cracking load of the specimen strengthened by CFRP without layering anchorage drops 10% .others' cracking loads improve 71% - 106% and ultimate load improve 23% ~ 77% .cracking displacement improves 0. 86 ~ 5.40 times, ultimate displacement improves 1. 23 ~ 3. 34 times. Cracking loads of specimens strengthened improve larger than ultimate loads. Also the ductility ratio drops,the deformation capacities of the specimens strengthened are relatively good. Hysteresis curves of the strengthened masonry walls are regular. In a word,the failure modes are horizontal failure,splitting failure and compression bulge failure. The deformation capacity and lateral-load-carrying capacity of brick masonry walls strengthened with CFRP are improved greatly and the method of CFRP layering anchorage is reliable.
