新型无卡轴木材旋切机结构分析与设计

         

摘要

To change current status of veneer peeling process in wood enterprises, improve processing automation level and widen the scope of perspective and enhance enterprise competitiveness, according to the working principle of log-core veneer lathe, various factors that affect the veneer rotary peeling had been analyzed in detail. Based on analysis of the existing lathe's structure,a new new-style of veneer lathe had been proposed and analyzed by the numbers. This paper analyzed the characteristics and new veneer formula of new log-core veneer lathe,established a new mathematical model between the motor speed and the positiondy/dt=aotanβ/Φ0+Φ3of the driving roll-carriage. The new veneer formula of new log-core veneer lathe was dy/dt=aotanβ/Φ0+Φ330[(kd-y/tanβ)(Φ0+Φ3)]和, In the process of rotary peeling, along with the remaining diameter de-creases,two drive rollers feed linearly. Their trajectories are two straight-line with a certain angle,and the two straight line are symmetrical about central axis. Theoretical analysis has shown that this feed mode can take into account the high timber utilization rate and wide range of processing, and the design result was proved to meet the wood production demand by experiments. And this research established a foundation for new type of log-core veneer and automatic control system.%目的 为改变木材加工企业圆木旋切工艺现状、提高旋切设备自动化水平、拓宽加工范围、提高企业竞争力.方法 根据单板旋切原理,在分析了旋切过程的各种因素,以及现有旋切机的结构特点基础上,提出了一种新型无卡轴旋切机的结构方案,剖析了新型无卡轴旋切机的结构特点,提出了新的旋切公式,建立了驱动辊变速进给的数学模型.结果 新型旋切机的旋切公式dy/dt=α0tanβ/φ0+φg·φgng/30[(kd-y/α0tanβ)(φ0+φg)]·hb,旋切过程中,随着圆木剩余直径减小,两个驱动辊分别沿直线进给,其进给轨迹具有一定夹角,并关于中心线对称.结论 这种进给模式可以兼顾高的木材利用率和宽的加工范围,在满足加工精度前提下,能够提高旋切速度,可以满足木材加工企业现场的生产需要,为新型无卡轴旋切机的自动控制系统的实施奠定了理论基础.
