辽宁青运史红色资源现状与对策

摘要

辽宁青运史红色资源比较丰富,但目前尚未得到足够的重视和充分的开发利用.通过调研,辽宁青运史红色资源保护中存在概念模糊,政府重视力度不够;管理体制不畅,保护资金匮乏;缺乏整体规划,未体现青运史特色等问题.针对这些问题,提出了统一思想,加强宣传力度;创新机制,多方筹措资金;综合布局,体现青运史特色的对策.%The red resources in history of youth movement of Liaoning are relatively rich,but has not received enough attention and full development and utilization.Through the investigation,there are following problems:the fuzzy and ambiguous concept,less attention from the government,the sluggish management system,the scarce funds of protection,and the lack of overall planning and characteristics of the history of youth movement.In view of these problems,the paper proposed the following countermeasures:a unified thinking and propaganda improvement;innovation mechanism and multi-financing;and integrated layout and reflecting the characteristics of the history of youth movement.
