农村动迁社区“以企带区”管理模式的实践与思考——以金港镇德丰社区为例

By analyzing the new management mode of the community with ＂enterprise to lead the area＂ on rural communities to be relocated, this paper recognizes the significance of this management mode, and proposes a series of strategies and suggestion in regard of the difficulties occurring in the process of implementing this management mode.%对农村动迁社区“以企带区”新型社区管理模式进行剖析，充分肯定了该管理模式的积极意义，并针对农村动迁社区“以企带区”管理模式运行中存在的困难和矛盾提出了相应的对策和建议。
