资源共享下现代'游学制'人才培养模式创新实践——以南京三所交通类职业院校为例

In the present Internet + era, resource sharing and rational configuration are more and more frequently focused by the world. To develop the "big traffic" development of the compound talents, 3 Traffic Higher Vocational Schools in Nanjing Area are co-operating to make their respective advantages complementary to each other, for the purpose of the establishment of resource sharing platform, adapting to the mutual credit recognition, teacher employment, course selection and training base sharing. This kind of talent cultivating mode provides a vivid case for the reform and innovation of China under the new situation.%在当下互联网+时代,全球资源的共享与配置已经成为大家越来越关注的热点问题,南京地区三所交通类高职院校借鉴我国古代游学思想,以培养"大交通"发展的复合型人才为目的,联合培养"大交通"物流人才,建立了资源共享平台,逐步实现学生互派、学分互认、教师互聘、课程互选、实训基地共享的新型育人方式,为我国新形势下人才培养模式的改革与创新提供了鲜活的案例.
