从传媒话语权的视角对清末报刊的历史进展进行了梳理，论述了近代国人逐步从洋人手中夺回公共话语权。到了维新运动时期，掀起了近代中国报业发展的第一次高潮，从根本上打破了长期由外报垄断中国新闻界的局面，从外国人手里夺回了一定的传媒话语权。%From the viewpoint of discourse fight of media, the article cleans up the history of the late Qing＇s press, and discusses that the Chinese at that time gradually recaptured public discourse power from the foreigners. In the period of the Reform Movement, the modem Chinese press has developed to its first climax, basically broken up the monopoly in the Chinese press, and expropriated the media fights of saying from the aliens.
