民营经济在区域经济发展中占有重要地位，区域经济发展差距的本质就是民营经济发展的差距。文章通过对贫困地区民营经济在总量、产业分布、融资状况和研发水平等方面的分析，运用灰色关联模型探讨了样本贫困地区的区位、政策、结构、人力资源、思想文化与市场化等因素对贫困地区民营经济发展的影响。研究结果表明，这些因素对贫困地区民营经济发展具有显著影响，但影响程度存在差异。%The private economy plays an important role in the development of regional economy, and the nature of the regional economy’s gap is the gap of the private economy. After analyzing the total industrial distribution, financing conditions and the level of research and development of the private economy in the poor areas, the paper discusses the effect of influential factors such as the location, the policy, the structure, human resources, the ideology and culture, and the marketization of the poor areas by using the grey correlation model. The results indicate that these factors have significant influence on the development of private economy in poor areas, but the influence degree varies.
