我国宪法统一宣誓制度研究

摘要

In modern law—governed society, constitutional oath is one of the most important political activities in many countries.At present, many irregularities exist in the system of constitutional oath in our country.For the constitutional authority, a unitary system of constitutional oath needs to be established.It requires unifying the words of oath, the places of oath and the objects of oath.It also requires identifying the subjects of oath, regulating the manners of oath and designating the administrators and commissioners for oath.Establishing a unitary system of constitutional oath helps the subjects of oath to be loyal to constitution and law, to love and identify themselves with the country, to protect the basic civil rights and promote the citizens’constitutional consciousness.%在现代法治社会，宪法宣誓制度是许多国家政治活动中重要制度之一。目前我国宪法宣誓制度存在许多不规范之处。为了树立宪法的权威，亟需建立统一的宪法宣誓制度，即统一宪法宣誓誓词、统一宪法宣誓地点、统一宪法宣誓对象、确定宪法宣誓主体、规范宪法宣誓主体的宣誓仪姿和确定领誓人、监誓人。建立我国统一宪法宣誓制度有助于增强宣誓主体忠诚宪法和法律的观念，确立宣誓主体对国家的认同和热爱，提醒宣誓主体保护公民基本权利，提高公民宪法意识。
