烟风道及典型零部件阻力系数的计算方法

         

摘要

探讨了烟风道摩擦阻力系数计算问题。给出了烟风动力粘度计算式及相关参数。通过计算结果分析,梳理了烟风道摩擦阻力系数计算条件:(1)雷诺数Re<2000;(2)2000≤Re<4000,或用于计算光滑工程管,或相对粗糙度时;(3)4000≤Re且有相对粗糙度。上述三种条件分别使用一个计算式即可。另外,通过数据拟合,给出了7种烟风道常见弯头的局部阻力系数计算式。上述计算式便于计算机编程。%The calculation of frictional resistance coefficient of air and flue gas ducts was studied and analyzed. The calculation equation and related parameters of dynamic viscosity of air and flue gas were presented. Though analysis of calculation results,the application conditions of frictional resistance coefficient cal-culation formulas was classified into three types:( 1 ) Reynolds number Re<2000; ( 2 ) 2000≤Re<4000 , or for smooth engineering pipe, or for the condition without relative roughness; ( 3 ) 4000≤Re and with relative roughness. Each condition only uses one formula. Additionally,the calculation correlations of local resistance co-efficients of 7 bends were proposed by data fitting. And the above-mentioned formulas are easy to be applied in computer programming.
