旧建筑适应性再利用经济价值实现模式研究

摘要

尽管部分旧建筑局部或完全丧失了最初的生产功能和经济效益，但因旧建筑的特殊性，仍能通过适应性再利用恢复或产生经济价值。本文在前人的研究基础上，通过分析旧建筑适应性再利用的特点和内涵，以及再利用过程中价值变化和流动关系。探索旧建筑适应性再利用经济价值实现模式。%Although they partially or completely lose their initial production function and economic benefits, some old buildings can still regain their economic value through adaptive reuse. On the basis of previous re-search, through the analysis of the characteristics and connotation of old buildings reuse adaptability and the ex-ploration of the relationship between value change and flow in the reuse process, the paper probes into the eco-nomic value realization mode of the old buildings adaptive reuse.
