绍兴梅山江商务楼地下室结构方案选择

摘要

提供了浙江绍兴梅山江商务楼地下室结构中柱脚、混凝土柱、楼板方案等主要构件的两种不同结构方案，分别得出了两方案在工期、施工难易度及造价三方面的主要技术指标，为最终选择合理可行的结构方案提供了理论依据。%The paper provides two different structural schemes of the main components of the basement structure of Shaoxing Meis-hanjiang Commercial Building regarding the column bases, concrete columns, and a floor-laying plan, and points out the main tech-nical indicators on the time limit of the project, the construction difficulty and the building cost of the two schemes, laying a theoret-ical basis for the final selection of a more reasonable structure scheme.
