高校档案管理改革创新探讨

摘要

随着档案管理技术的不断进步和档案本身所蕴含价值的开发,为了解决高校档案建设与管理相对滞后等问题,高校档案必须走改革创新发展道路。通过分析当前高校档案管理现状,能够明确档案管理改革创新的途径,以此促进高校档案事业不断向前发展。%Along with the development of technology of file management and the value connation of files,as well as the lag in construction and management of university archives,the paper proposes that archive systems must be reformed and initiative measures must be taken.Through the analysis of the current situation of university archives management,the paper further puts forward that the archives management reform and innovation are essential to promote the cause of university archives construction.
