以粤北生态发展区城乡居民为样本，通过结构方程模型的构建和检验，对区域旅游业发展居民期望的驱动因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明：（1）居民旅游业发展条件感知、居民旅游业发展收益感知和居民旅游业发展满意度均对居民旅游业发展期望具有正向影响，而居民旅游业发展成本感知对居民旅游业发展期望具有负向影响；（2）居民旅游业发展条件感知对居民旅游业发展期望的总体影响最大，居民旅游业发展成本感知对居民旅游发展期望的总体影响最小；（3）居民旅游业发展满意度对居民旅游业发展期望的形成具有中介作用，凡是影响居民旅游业发展满意的因素，都会对居民旅游业发展期望产生影响。%By performing an empirical survey in the ecological development area in Guangdong province and using structural equation modeling approach, this paper built the proposed model of resident expectation for tourism development, aiming at identifying the key driving factors to generate resident expectation. The results indicated that:(1) Tourism development conditions perception, tourism development benefit perception and tourism development satisfaction has a positive effect on tourism development expectation, and tourism development cost perception has a negative effect on the expectation. (2) Tourism development conditions perception has the great-est impact on the expectation, and tourism development cost perception has a minimal impact on the expectation. (3) Tourism development satisfaction has a mediating role on the formation of tourism development expectation, and all factors affecting tourism development satisfaction will affect the expectation.
