青少年“涉黑”犯罪的社会学分析

Teenagers' committing "mafia-related crimes" has become a new trend among the crimes committed by the group. Teenagers' "mafia-groups" are formed by depending on violence and taking rebel culture as spirit and motivation. The groups commit crimes or take other illegal activities to realize their certain aims.%青少年“涉黑”犯罪是青少年犯罪的新趋势，是我国又一突出的社会问题。青少年“涉黑”组织依靠暴力而建立，以反叛文化为精神支柱和力量，为实现其特定目标而选择实施违法犯罪活动或其他越轨行为。
