随着数字化出版的迅猛发展，高校学报工作已经成为网络社会的一个重要组成部分。数字化出版的发展趋势，学报的数字化出版现状，满足网络时代读者的阅读需求，都需要学报编辑尽快转变出版理念。所以，转变出版理念是学报实现数字化出版的关键。%With the rapid development of the digital publishing, the work on the journals of universities has been one of the important parts of the network. The development trend of digital publishing, status of the digital publishing on journals, demands for meeting the readers' reading needs in such a network society, journal editors are required to change the publishing ideas as soon as possible.
