知识女性实现自身价值的利益诉求分析与思考--市场化改革对职场知识女性的影响

摘要

With the establishment of market economic system , China's market-oriented reform , and also with the o-verall society becoming a diversified heterogeneity community , the major changes have taken place in women's status and the interests , especially in the realization of their own value , intellectual women have full cognition to the plural-ism fact and present diversified interest appeals .Through the analysis of intellectual women's major interest appealing to the realization of their own value , the article tries to put forward its path thinking about how to realize their own value.%市场经济体制的确立，中国进行市场化改革，总体性社会成为多元化的异质性共同体，使女性群体的地位和利益发生了重大变化，尤其是知识女性在自身价值的实现方面具有了多元主义事实的认知，利益诉求呈现多元化。通过对知识女性实现自身价值的主要利益诉求及原因的分析，力图提出其实现自身价值的路径思考。
