远程教育青年教师培养实践探索

摘要

In the distance education teaching ,the cultivation of young teadiers is an important school work .The teaching and scientific research abilities of young teadcers are directly related to the teaching quality and teaching level .Although the activity of "one-on-one of passing on one's experience ,giving help and setting an example for young teachers"has achieved a certaineffect ,it needs to be further improved in perfecting activity system ,en-riching activity contents ,and innovating activity form ,and so on .%在远程教育教学中，青年教师的培养工作是学校的一项重要工作。青年教师的教学和科研能力直接关系到学校的教学质量和教学水平。基础部“一对一传帮带”活动虽然取得了一定成效，但在活动制度的健全、活动内容的丰富、活动形式的创新等方面还有待于进一步完善。
