PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase education effect as a whole by allowing a questioner to directly ask a question to an instructor and get an answer with a short waiting time, and allowing the questioner to efficiently resume viewing after the completion of the question.SOLUTION: A remote education support device including means for adjusting the reproduction position of education data displayed on a trainee terminal comprises: viewing state collection means for receiving the viewing state of the education data displayed on the trainee terminal periodically or when an event occurs, and for displaying the viewing state of each trainee on an instructor terminal; question request reception means for receiving a question request transmitted by the trainee terminal, and for displaying time when the question request was made and the progress position of the education data in association with identification information on the trainee who transmitted the question request on the instructor terminal; and dialog processing means for receiving the identification information on the trainee and a call-out request transmitted by the instructor terminal, and for connecting between the instructor terminal and the terminal of the trainee in a dialog available manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
