发挥大学生村官在新农村建设中的作用

摘要

大学生村官对新农村建设的影响作用总体上是积极的,促进了农村干部队伍优化、农村经济的快速发展、农村的和谐稳定和农村文明村风的形成。但是,有些大学生村官在新农村建设过程中还存在就业动机不纯、不熟悉农村工作等问题。实践中,为了更好地建设社会主义新农村,使大学生村官的作用得以充分发挥,我们还必须在以下三个方面作出努力：一是使大学生端正就业动机,增强扎根农村的信心;二是多渠道培养,帮助大学生掌握服务农村的本领;三是完善政策、规范管理,防止大学生村官流失。%College student village officials have played positive parts in building a new socialist countryside as a whole.But some of them have impure motives for employment and are unfamiliar with the rural work.It is,therefore,necessary to educate them to take a correct attitude towards employment,enhancing their confidence in taking root in the countryside,to help them master the skills needed for serving the countryside,and to prevent the brain drain by improving relevant policies towards them and by standardizing the management of them.
