刑事诉讼审前检察监督问题探析

摘要

In criminal pre-trial procedures,filing behavior and conduct investigation are related to citizens＇ basic rights of persons and property.It is necessary to build a reasonable pre-trial supervision system for improving the legislative system of pre-trial supervision and expanding its range.Procuratorial organs should involve in the investigation in advance so as to protect citizens＇ basic rights effectively and maintain the unity of the national legal system.%在刑事诉讼的审前程序中,立案行为和侦查行为都关系到公民的人身和财产等基本权利,建构合理的审前监督制度,对完善审前监督的立法体系,扩大审前监督的范围十分必要。同时检察机关也应提前介入侦查活动,这样才能有效地保护公民的基本权利,维护国家法制的统一。
