检察机关立案侦查案件审查逮捕工作机制的完善

摘要

The reform of procuratorial organs' working mechanism of the examination and arrest of investigated ca- ses has achieved good results since being carried out, but there are some problems in the operation. We hope to pro- tect the deepening development of this working mechanism from improving the supporting working mechanisms and effectively achieve the reform objective of "ensuring the quality of arrest, and promoting strict enforcement of the law".%检察机关立案侦查案件审查逮捕工作机制改革运行以来,取得了良好成效,但在运行中仍存在一些问题。应从完善配套工作机制等方面入手,以期保障该工作机制的深化发展,切实达到＂确保逮捕质量,促进严格执法＂的改革目的。
