法院网络发言人作为法院与网民沟通的＂媒介与桥梁＂,不仅要把自己与法院、网民的关系定位为＂一仆二主＂的服务关系,还要主动提高认识和把握社情民意的能力,切实发挥舆论＂航向标＂作用,正确引领涉法舆情的发展方向。%Network spokesmen of courts, as ＂the media and bridge＂ between courts and Internet users, should not only define the relationship between themselves and courts ＆ Internet users as service relationship named ＂a servant of two masters＂ ,but also improve their ability of acquainting and grasping social conditions and public opinions. Besides, they also should give realistic play to the function of public opinion as ＂course table＂ and lead the development trend of lawrelated public opinion correctly.
