水通道蛋白1与乳腺癌组织微血管生成的关系

             

摘要

目的 研究水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管生成的关系,并探讨其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学法,对106例乳腺癌组织及作为对照的20例癌旁正常组织中AQP1表达情况进行检测;用CD105标记肿瘤新生血管,计数微血管密度(MVD).结果 AQP1在乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为(307.48±31.07)‰和(32.50±12.73)‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织平均MVD值明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AQP1的表达和MVD值与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期等因素无关(P>0.05),但与是否伴有淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织中AQP1的表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.647,P<0.05).结论 AQP1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,可能促进乳腺癌组织微血管生成,在肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移中具有重要作用.%Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin I ( AQP1 ) and its c:orrelation with microvascular density( MVD )in breast cancer tissues , and to explore their clinical significance in the development of breast carcmoma. Methods Expression of AQPI was detected in 106 cases of breast cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal breast tissues by immunohistochemistry. MVD was calculated by laheling new vessels with CD105 antibody. Results The positive expression of AQPI in hreast cancer tissues and normal tissues was ( 307 . 48 ±31. 07 )% and ( 32. 50 ± 12. 73 )% , respectively( P < 0. 05 ). The average MVD was significantly higher in breast canc-er tissues than that in normal tissues( P < 0. 05 ). AQPI and MVD were not associated with age , size of tumor and TNM(P > 0. 05 ) . but they were correlated with lymph node metastasis( P <0. 05 ). The expression of AQPI in hreast cancer tissues was positively related to MVD( r = 0. 647 ,P< 0. 05 ). Conclusion AQPI highly expresses in breast cancer tissues, and it may play a considerable role in the growth , invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma hy promoting the microvascular formation.
