塞来昔布对人舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞表达乙酰肝素酶的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of celecoxib on heparanase( Hpa) expression in human tongue cancer Tca-8113 cells.Methods Human tongue cancer Tca-8113 cells were exposed to different concentrations of celecoxib (0,10,20,40,80 μmol/L)for 24h respectively. Immunohistochemical techniques were used to examine the Hpa expression in human tongue cancer Tca-8113 cells.Results Hpa expression was decreased in human tongue cancer Tca-8113 cells after exposure to 10 -80 μmol/L celecoxib,especiallyat the concentrations of 20 -80μmol/L. Conclusion Celecoxib can decrease the Hpa expression in human tongue cancer Tca-8113cells.%目的 探讨塞来昔布(celecoxib)对人舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞表达乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,Hpa)的影响. 方法 用0(对照),10,20,40,80μmol/L五个浓度的塞来昔布干扰Tca-8113细胞24h后,应用免疫细胞化学方法观察细胞胞质中Hpa的合成情况. 结果 与对照组相比,实验组中Hpa的表达都明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),用20 - 80 mol/L塞来昔布干预时Hpa降低水平显著. 结论 塞来昔布有抑制人舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞表达Hpa的作用.
