绵羊红细胞及补体活性对静注人免疫球蛋白(PH4)抗补体活性测定的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of sheep red blood cells from different geographical origins and the titer of complement control on the anticomplementary activity in human intravenous immunoglobulin ( PH4 ) (IVIG). Methods The CH50 method was used to determine the anticomplementary activity in human intravenous immunoglobulin. Anticomplementary activity in IVIG was determined with sheep red blood cells from different geographical origins. Anticomplementary activity in IVIG was determined with different titers of complement controls. Results The sheep red blood cells from different geographical origins and the different titers of complement controls influenced the anticomplementary activity in IVIG. Conclusion The sheep red blood cells from different geographical origins and complements with different titers may interfere the measurement of anticomplementary activity,thereby causing some deviations of the results.%目的 考察不同地方来源的绵羊红细胞及补体的活性对静注人免疫球蛋白(PH4) (IVIG)抗补体活性测定的影响.方法 采用CH50方法测定静注人免疫球蛋白(PH4)抗补体活性,在被检样品、溶血素、补体及其他试验条件相同的情况下,用不同地方的绵羊红细胞,测定IVIG中抗补体活性；在其他条件相同,补体活性不同的情况下,测定IVIG中抗补体活性.结果 使用3个不同地方采集的绵羊红细胞(作为试验材料无菌采集),采用补体活性不同的补体分别检测3份MG样品中的抗补体活性,结果明显不同. 结论 不同地方的绵羊红细胞及补体活性不同的补体干扰了抗补体活性的测定,从而引起CH50试验结果出现偏差.
