知识管理在高等教育中的应用

Knowledge management deemed as a new model new thought in knowledge society attracts more and more attentiveness. College and university are the source and collecting base, which focus on the applieaton and management of knowledge, thus knowledge management is very imoportant for college and university. College and university should change mind and devote efforts to expanding utilization, which to enhance the core competence of college and university.%知识管理作为知识社会中管理的新模式和新思想，越来越受到人们的关注。高校是知识的生产源和采集地，对知识的运用和管理最集中，知识管理对高校来说尤为重要。高等教育应转变思想观念，在知识的挖掘、利用、共享和创新方面开展工作，改革组织结构，以提高学校的核心竞争力。
