设立非婚同居法律制度之法理学探讨

Cohabitation without marriage as a new way of combination has been deeply concerned by academic circles. But In China, now we don not have the related legal regulations about it, as a result, that has led to a lot of social and legal problems. The passage studys on the necessity of legislation for cohabitation without marriage. Hope to get some inspirations and give some suggestions for China＇s legislation work.%非婚同居这种新型两性结合方式在我国的普遍蔓延引起了学术界的关注，但我国目前尚未建立与此相关法律制度，由此产生了许多社会纠纷及法律纠纷，本文从法律的角度对非婚同居的法制性进行必要性研究，希望从中得到一些启示。
