开展大学生职业生涯规划，对提升毕业生适应社会发展的能力和综合素质很有必要，也是学校保持良好稳定的就业态势、促进招生就业良性健康发展的重要举措。面对当前严峻的就业形势和人才竞争的高要求，学校帮助大学生做职业生涯规划是刻不容缓的义务。高校就业指导部门应根据学校的学科分布和办学特色，针对社会需求及发展趋势，面向学生从职业生涯规划的现状分析和教育实施入手，结合择业、就业、创业，有效开展大学生职业生涯规划工作。%To carry out career planning education of college students is very necessary for raising graduates'abilities to adopt to the society and overall quality. It is also an important measure to keep good employment condition and promote the good development of admission and employment. Faced with severe employment situation and high requirement of jobs,colleges should help students do their career planning as soon as possible. The department of employment guidance,according to its displine distributioan,school-running features and social demand and tendency,should start from analysing the status quo of students'career planning,combining choosing jobs,getting jobs and starting a business,carry out career planning education of college students effectively.
