北魏迁都洛阳之后的代京

The fact that Emperor Xiaowen moved the capital of North Wei dynasty to Luoyang opened a new history of North Wei dynasty. Since then, the status of Daijing had changed a lot. During the period of moving, Daijing became the gathering place of the conservative forces. Emperor Xiaowen took a series of measures to guarantee the moving process. He and Emperor Xuanwu conducted several North patrols to show that the government was in charge of the northern towns with the center of Daijing. In Emperor Xiaoming period, as the northern towns lost their military status, the armies in the north were no longer paid much attention to.
