番茄茎、叶乙醇提取物对小菜蛾幼虫取食的影响

     

摘要

[目的]为了有效控制小菜蛾的危害,研发新型、高效植物源杀虫剂,[方法]用95%乙醇为溶剂对番茄茎、叶分别进行索氏提取,并以叶片浸渍法就提取物对小菜蛾幼虫的取食进行测定.[结果]结果表明,番茄茎、叶提取物对小菜蛾幼虫均有明显的拒食作用,且随着提取物浓度的升高,拒食率增加.在茎、叶提取物浓度均为100 g· L-1下,处理24 h后小菜蛾幼虫拒食率为70.70%和63.54%.[结论]番茄茎叶提取物可用于小菜蛾的防治中.%[Objective]In order to control the damage of Plutella xylostella effectively,the new style and high active plant insecticide was researched.[Methods]The soxlet's extraction method was used to extract the active material in tomato stems and leaves by using 95 % ethanol,and leaf immersion method was used to test the feeding of diamondback larvae.[Results]indicated that the extracts had obviously antifeedant rate to the larvae of diamondback moth.The higher concentration,the more obviously the effect on the pest was.The antifeedant rate reached 70.70% and 63.54% treated by contacting at concentration of 100 g·L-1 at 24 h.[Conclusion]The ethanol extract of tomato stems and leaves can be used in the control of diamonclback moth.
