葡萄砧木繁育特性研究初报

     

摘要

通过比较8种葡萄砧木的生根、萌芽情况及嫁接早黑宝后早黑宝葡萄地上部分生长状况,选择适合山西土壤条件和早黑宝嫁接的砧木品种。结果表明,不同砧木繁育特性不同,以有根率分析8种砧木生根由易到难依次为:3309C,1103P,101-14,SO4,5BB,山河2号,110R,140R;用不同质量浓度吲哚丁酸处理后,测定有根率、萌芽率、根长和芽长后,以主分量分析法分析,适合140R,山河2号,SO4和101-14生根萌芽的吲哚丁酸质量浓度为2500 mg/L,适合1103P,5BB,3309C和110R生根萌芽的吲哚丁酸质量浓度分别为2000,2000,1000,0 mg/L;早黑宝葡萄嫁接到5BB,1103P和140R等3种砧木的地上部生长情况较好,早黑宝/110R、早黑宝/3309C和早黑宝/101-14地上部生长情况较差。表明在山西,5BB,1103P和140R是比较适合早黑宝嫁接的砧木品种。%To select the suitable grape rootstock varieties in Shanxi province, the paper compared the rooting and germination condition of eight rootstock varieties and the aboveground growth condition in Zaoheibao grapevines grafted on the eight rootstock varieties. The results showed that the breeding characteristics of different grape rootstock were different. The analysis on rooting rate suggested that the rooting of eight rootstock varieties from easy to difficult was 3309C, 1103P, 101-14, SO4, 5BB, Shanhe 2, 110R, 140R. After treatment with different concentration of indolebutyric acid, the principal component analysis of rooting rate, germination rate, root length and bud length was carried out. The data suggested that the rooting and germination suitable concentration for 140R, Shanhe 2, SO4 and 101-14 was 2 500 mg/L of indolebutyric acid, while 2 000 mg/L of indolebutyric acid was suitable for 1103P and 5BB, 1 000, 0 mg/L of indolebutyric acid was suitable for 3309C and 110R, respectively. The aboveground growth of Zaoheibao grapevines grafted on 5BB, 1103P and 140R was better, while the growth of Zaoheibao grapevines grafted on 110R, 3309C and 101-14 was worse. In Shanxi province, 5BB, 1103P and 140R are suitable for grafting with Zaoheibao.
