The assay aims to evaluate the effect of codonopsis soluble powder on the anti-stress and immunologic function,which provides information for the application of new veterinary drugs.The loaded swimming time and anti-hypoxia under atmospheric pressure time of mice were observed to assess the anti-stress effect of codonopsis soluble powder.The immune organ index,phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system and hemolysin antibody level in mice were measured to evaluate the regulating immune function of the codonopsis soluble powder.The results showed that codonopsis soluble powder significantly increased the loaded swimming time (P < 0.01)and the anti-hypoxia under atmospheric pressure time (P < 0.01).The immune organ index (P < 0.05),phagocytic index and phagocytic coefficient (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) significantly enhanced.There were significant increase hemolysin antibody level of mice induced by sheep erythrocyte (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).In conclusion,codonopsis soluble powder enhanced anti-stress and regulated immune function in mice,which provided a theoretical basis for clinical application.%研究旨在评价党参可溶性粉的抗应激和免疫调节能力,为申报新兽药提供药效学资料.通过观测小鼠负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间来评价党参可溶性粉的抗应激作用,通过测定小鼠免疫脏器指数、网状内皮系统吞噬功能和溶血素抗体水平评价其免疫调节作用.结果表明,党参可溶性粉能极显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间(P<0.01)和常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<0.01),能显著或极显著提高免疫器官指数(P<0.05)、吞噬指数和吞噬系数(P< 0.01或P<0.05),并可显著或极显著提高绵羊红细胞所致小鼠溶血素抗体水平(P<0.01或P<0.05).党参可溶性粉具有抗应激和免疫增强功能,可为临床应用提供理论依据.
