气体信号分子H2S对拟南芥生长发育的影响

     

摘要

硫化氢(H2S)是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后的第3种气体信号分子.对于H2S调节植物胁迫响应的研究已经有大量的报道,而H2S在植物发育过程中的影响还有待研究.以NarHS作为外源H2S供体,观察其对野生型拟南芥生长发育的影响.结果表明,H2S可延缓拟南芥抽薹,提高叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(T)、气孔导度(G),降低细胞间隙CO:浓度(C).实时荧光定量PCR和半定量PCR结果表明,H2S可提高拟南芥光合作用相关基因Rubicso,RCA,LHCB3,LHCB2,GPD的表达量.外源生理浓度H2S可提高拟南芥光合性能,延缓抽薹时间.%Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is regarded as the third gasotransmitter after nitric oxide and carbon monoxide.A large number of studies have been reported that H2S can regulate the processes in plants responding to stresses.However,the effects of H2S on plant development need to be further studied.In this study,the seedlings of A rabidopsis were treated with physiological concentrations of H2S which were reported previously and we found that H2S could prolong the time of bolting in Arabidopsis.Leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(T) and stomatal conductance(G) were improved with exogenous H2S treatments.Intercellular space CO2 concentration (C) was decreased with the same treatments.The related-gene expressions of photosynthesis such as Rubicso,RCA,LHCB3,LHCB2 and GPD were up-regulated treated with exogenous H2S.In conclusion,treatments with physiological concentrations of exogenous H2S could enhance the photosynthetic abilities and decrease the bolting time in A rabidopsis.
