富碳对草莓果实品质及生长特性的影响

         

摘要

CO2 is one of the most important environmental factors which affects plant growth. In this paper, two treatments were designed as natural conditions of CO2(350-500 μmol/mol)and carbon-rich CO2(750-850 μmol/mol). The growth and quality indexes of fruits under carbon-rich and natural conditions were analyzed in four strawberry varieties. The results showed that the growth rate and total yield of fruit increased under high CO2 concentration, but the average single fruit quality and the volume decreased. As for fruit quality, the high CO2 concentration was helpful to the accumulation of soluble sugar, soluble solids content and protein in strawberry fruit, the content of organic acids in fruits decreased, for the contents of total phenols, flavonoid and anthocyanin, different varieties were different in response to high CO2. In general, high CO2 concentrations can accelerate fruit growth, increase yields, and improve fruit quality. This will provide a basis for the production of strawberry under carbon-rich conditions.%CO2是影响植物生长最重要的环境因子之一,试验设置了自然条件CO2(350~500 μmol/mol)和高CO2(750~850 μmol/mol)2个处理,研究了4个草莓品种在富碳和自然条件下果实的生长和品质指标的变化.结果 表明,高CO2浓度下果实的生长速率、总产量增加,但果实平均单果质量降低,体积减小;品质方面,高CO2浓度有助于果实可溶性糖、可溶性固形物及蛋白质的累积,降低了有机酸的含量;在总酚、类黄酮及花青素含量方面,不同品种对CO2的反应不同.总体来看,高CO2浓度加快了果实的生长,提高了产量,改善了果实的品质,为富碳条件下草莓的生产提供了一定的参考依据.
